Along with Abomination, MODOK is a member of Doctor Doom's Lethal Legion. Though he frequently acts as Doom's right-hand man, he aspires to usurp his position and become the ruler of Villainville. However, his own incompetence, alongside the incompetence of his partner Abomination, always foils his plans, sending him back to Doom's service.
