History
Ghost Spider is the result of Doctor Octopus and Arnim Zola combining the DNA of Spider-Man with a synthezoid.[1]
Personality
Ghost Spider comes off as expressionless and lacking any emotions, he also speaks in monotone voice. Though it's hinted to have some emotions, such as exhibiting his joy in fighting albeit in an unenthusiastic tone, and when Scarlet Spider was being overcome with the programming inside him, Ghost offered check by phasing though him which on brought Scarlet some discomfort, Ghost then jokingly stated that there's nothing inside him and that it was all in his head, though it is unclear if this was his attempt at humor or being literal. He also comes of as humble and well mannered to those close to him.

As a clone of Spider-Man, Ghost possesses similar powers as he does plus others added by Doctor Octopus and Arnim Zola.
- Bio-Electrokinesis: Ghost Spider possesses control over the electricity that his body produces. He is capable of utilizing it for offensive purposes.
- Venom Blast: Ghost Spider can emit a bio-electric shock which he use to electrocute his enemies, he can also release it from allover his body that he can use to free himself from enemy grasps.
- Teleportation: Ghost Spider has the ability to warp between space within the area around him.
- Intangibility: Ghost Spider is able to phase through solid matter.
- Camouflage: As part of of his intangibility, Ghost Spider can appear transparent and blend into his surroundings, this also includes his suit.
