Synopsis for 1st story
As Spider-Man faces off against the Sinister Six, consisting of Mysterio, Sandman, Vulture, Hobgoblin, Electro, and Doctor Octopus, he snares one of Mysterio's gauntlets with a webline and suggests they spice things up with a "Sinister Sixty-Nine". Tapping a button, Spider-Man conjures holograms of sixty-nine of his past and presnt enemies before suggesting they keep this date intimate with just one-on-one--revealing the Sinister Six to have been hard-light holograms. Trouncing Mysterio, Spider-Man webs him up for the police only for Quentin Beck to gleefully reveal one of the Hobgoblin's razor-bats tore open the seat of Spider-Man's costume's pants. As the onlookers and even the NYPD officers burst into hysterical laughter, Mysterio claims the victory as his. Mortified, Spider-Man attempts to web-swing away only for the movement to cause his pants to tear even more. Worried that his "web slinger" will be on display if this keeps up, Spider-Man visits the Sanctum Sanctorum to see if Doctor Strange can help.
Spider-Man finds him in the middle of patching a tear in the fabric of space-time created by Umar. Doctor Strange warns Peter that he'll contract pink-eye if he doesn't wash his mask but refuses to help with his wardrobe malfunction, asking why he doesn't just make a costume out of his silk. Spider-Man laments that his silk dissolves in one hour and that it bunches up to make it look like he's wearing a fanny pack. Deadpool abruptly pokes his head through the portal and breaks the fourth wall only for Doctor Strange to irritably close it and suggest Peter seek the scientific expertise of the Fantastic Four.
Arriving at the Baxter Building, Spider-Man is shocked to see Human Torch fighting the Thing and Mister Fantastic under attack from the Invisible Woman. As he wonders what's going on, he spots Psycho-Man triumphantly gloating. Web-yanking Psycho-Man's mind-control panel away, Spider-Man turns it off. As Johnny and Ben gang up on Psycho-Man and Sue fixes the broken windows, Reed thanks Spider-Man and asks why he decided to pay a visit. Spider-Man reveals his wardrobe malfunction--Sue sneaking a peek over her shoulder--and Reed agrees to supply him with a costume made of Unstable Molecules--warning him that they're not indestructible.
Some time later, Spider-Man fights Carnage, who slashes him with the sanguine symbiote's tendrils. Spider-Man is worried about another wardrobe malfunction, but to his delight and Carnage's confusion his costume is undamaged and he is unharmed.
The entire narrative is then revealed to be an advertisement for unstable molecules put together by Reed Richards, who breaks the fourth wall to shill them.

Synopsis for "616 Day"
The flaming numbers "616" appear in a black void. Standing within them, Eternity addresses Peter Parker and says that he is intruding into his dreams to warn him that that he is going to die that very night unless Peter does something to prevent it, urging him to follow the number 616.
Waking up, Peter sees the alarm clock is set to 6:16 AM. Remembering Eternity's warning and that the 16th of the 6th month is June 16th, he deduces that magic is involved and sets out to follow his Spider-Sense, arriving at the corner of 6th avenue and 16th street to a building marked "616". Wyn appears and introduces himself, opening the building's door and inviting Spider-Man inside. As they proceed up a flight of stairs, Wynn explains that "616" is a number of great significance, asking if Spider-Man knows what the Multiverse is. When Spider-Man varifies that he does, Wynn explains that new universes are created for every "What If", creating a tangled web of branching alternate timelines. Wynn notes that multiversal organizations like the Time Variance Authority categorize universes by assigning them numbered designations and Spider-Man retorts that he's already aware that their universe is #616, though he wonders why such an ordinary number was chosen. Wynn replies that Earth-616 is "the world outside your window", but that Earth-616 is special because it's where the ordinary was first made marvelous. Revealing that they're in Phineas Horton's old lab where he built the original Human Torch, Wynn breaks the fourth wall and says that the decision to make art in the form of a burning man was how Earth-616 began. As Spider-Man snarks that the Big Bang didn't happen when Jim Hammond flamed on, Wynn chides him for being too literal-minded and retorts that everyone with a drop of magic knows that time isn't linear in their universe. They're interrupted by a green nautilus-like creature that attacks them. As they fight it, Wynn asks if Spider-Man knows what a syzygy is, and Spider-Man explains it's a cosmic phenomenon when two orbiting celestial bodies line up, resulting in an eclipse. Wynn notes that during solar eclipses nocturnal animals think it's night and wake up, asking what creatures Peter thinks will wake up in the event of a universal eclipse. Without waiting for an answer, Wynn says an Eternivore has awakened. The Eternivore tentacles rip open a hole in time to when Phineas Horton created the first Human Torch and it attacks them, Wynn explaining that due to the cosmic syzygy it can access and devour the entire timeline of Earth-616. Spider-Man breaks open the vitrine containing the Human Torch, but the Eternivore retaliates by opening more time-tears. As Spider-Man asks what it's doing, Wynn says it's opening tears to formative moments in their universe so it can devour them until Earth-616 ceases to exist. As Spider-Man wonders why Eternity chose him of all people to face this threat, he decides that it's because he's good at thinking on his feet and using the tools available to him to do the job. Firing web-lines through the time-tears, Spider-Man drags the newly-transformed Thing, newly-minted Ms. Marvel, pre-Guardians of the Galaxy Rocket Raccoon, and the pre-X-Men Ororo Munroe into the present day, asking for their help in stopping the Eternivore. As Wynn says repelling the Eternivore will repair the timeline, Rocket asks if he's been sucked into an annoyingly convoluted alternate reality, Spider-Man assuring him they're still in the good old 616. Working together, the heroes hold the Eternivore back long enough for Wynn to cast a spell banishing it. As the assembled heroes return to their proper places in the timeline, Spider-Man feels a sense of pride at having saved his universe--and on 616 Day, no less.
Collapsing from exhaustion, Spider-Man asks if they'll have to do this again next year, but Wynn reminds him that due to the fluid nature of time an in-universe year may or may not ever come to pass. As Spider-Man cajoles Wynn into spending 616 Day celebrating with him, Eternity watches from his cosmic realm before wishing them and the reader a happy 616 Day.
