When Gil Jeffers passed out, he would manifest a psionic entity called the "Stalker", who went out and killed women. When Jeffers awoke, the Stalker disappeared. When the Hulk killed the Stalker, it created a psychic rebound against Jeffers, leaving him comatose.[1]

The Stalker's touch made people cold, he had claw-like fingernails and he was a little stronger than a normal human, but not superhumanly so. He could be injured by conventional means.
