Triple Goddess

The Triple Goddess, Triple-Goddess, Goddess Trinity or Divine Trinity, "Maiden, Mother, Crone", "Bride, Mother, Crone", is a common to see the Goddess.

Though the division is completely valid, it is in fact a disguised duality: Fertile Goddess and Infertile Goddess.

Example of triple goddesses include:

• The Olympian tradition includes a examples of triple goddesses:
  • "Maia, Gaea, Dea".
  • The Furies; Alecto, Megaera, and Tisiphone, were respectively the Maiden, the Crone and the Dark Mother.
• The Celtic tradition includes a certain number of triple goddess:
  • The Triple Goddess: Macha, Badb, Nemain.
  • The triple war goddesses: Macha, Morrigan, Nemain.
  • The Three Mother Goddesses of War: Morrigan, Badb, Macha.

Munnipor appears as three manifestations: maiden, mother, beldam.
