History

Gonzo was a kid's TV show clown that was beaten up live on TV by Howard the Duck after Howard had been pied in the face. Howard had accidentally ended up on the show when Howard had gone to the studio to complain about ducks being racially stereotyped as stupid and the receptionist assumed he was there to be "Dopey the Duck" which angered Howard leading him to beat up Gonzo.
