History
Gorki was a spy who hired Rick Jones to run a car to New York.[1] Unknown to Rick, Gorki had hidden a device in the trunk of the car that would redirect the Orion Missile to hit New York. Although Army Intelligence captured Gorki, they were unable to prevent the missile's launch.[2] Fortunately, the Hulk saved the city, although he was also accused of having threatened it.[3] However, while the Army was trying to capture the Hulk, Gorki confessed that he and Hulk had not been in league - indeed, Gorki insisted that the Hulk had saved the city, and his words helped to exonerate the Hulk.[4]
