History
The Green Cross is a multi-million dollar charity organization, specially charted to help out at the sites of Hulk-related disasters. Feeling partly responsible for the creation of the Hulk due to daring Rick Jones to enter the testing area for the first Gamma Bomb, Gary Swanson founded the Green Cross and dedicated his life to fixing every disaster related to a Gamma-irradiated creatures.[1]
