A criminal imprisoned inside Ryker's Island, who served as Don Cervello's main enforcer. When Jigsaw protested Don Cervello's decision to form a truce with the Punisher until they were both free from prison, Gregario silenced him. However, Don Cervello ordered Gregario to kill the Punisher when the time for them to attempt their escape came. When that time came, Gregario used a revolver taken from an unconscious prison guard, used a soda bottle for a silencer, and shot the Punisher several times in his bed. While attempting to escape, Gregario was surprised to see that the Punisher had survived and followed him into the security tower, where the former threatened to kill an honest prison guard named Mitch, although he was shot by the latter. When Don Cervello realized that Gregario was late for their plan and assumed that he had been captured, he and Jigsaw continued their attempt to escape without him.[1]
