History

The Guardians of the Galaxy and the Avengers assembled in a last desperate attempt to stop Peter Parker, who was corrupted by the power of King in Black. They gathered on Earth to put an end to his madness, but Peter's Spider-Sense warned him of their threat and he showed to oppose them. Driven by the grief for their fallen friends, most were determined to show him no mercy, with only the Arachniote believing he could be redeemed. Parker was able to effortlessly kill them all, including Arachniote, only to discover that the symbiote was bonded to his own daughter May.
