History
The H.A.N.D. was a clandestine law-enforcement organization established by the Maker at an unspecified point in time with the objective of maintaining order across his perfect world.
Agents of H.A.N.D. engaged in combat against members of the Ultimates superhuman network when the latter trespassed upon a secret Damage Control facility in search of the stored body of Jim Hammond, the android Human Torch of World War II. Upon the liberation of Hammond, they were all incinerated.[1]Paraphernalia

H.A.N.D. agents utilize both long-range and close-quarters weaponry, which they are able to manifest from within their bodies.
