History
Hank Johnson was a member of Hydra. Hank married the Red Skull's personal assistant, Becky, and the two had three children, Freddie, Madeline, and an unnamed child.
One night at Hydra Tower, Hank was knocked out by Nick Fury. Awakening, he discovered the corpse of his friend Gerry. At Gerry's funeral, Becky reminded him of a charity event for Wolfgang von Strucker Elementary and her desire to hire a nanny.
Hank would agree to hiring a nanny after he found that his children's lunches had allergic food in them, he brought his kids to the wrong birthday party, and his baby drank Red Bull at said party. To deal with the charity event, he invited his friend, Clay Quartermain. However, this caused him to decline fellow Hydra agent, Coop's, offer to go to a Nests game.
To pay for the nanny, Hank applied for a raise, obtaining the position of personal assistance of Madame Hydra, who would have Hank bend down in front of her. Later that day, Clay would tell Hank that he had to cancel. After asking Coop if he could still go, Coop revealed that the tickets were going to Clay, aggravating Hank.
Hank and Becky would attend the unveiling of The Kiss of Hydra. While at the party, Madame Hydra would claim that that he never mentioned Becky and she squeezed his butt in front of her. After seeing that, Becky agreed to fire the nanny and have Hank be demoted, if he report Madame Hydra to Human Resources. The two would leave the party early and Clay would attempt to arrest them in the name of S.H.I.E.L.D.. Angry over the tickets, Hank attacked Clay, disarming him.
The next day, Hank reported Madame Hydra to Human Resources. He invited M.O.D.O.K., who unbeknownst to Hank, was Madame Hydra's husband.
Hydra Tower would once again be invaded Nick Fury, who once again knocked out Hank. This time, Coop would die in front of Hank.[1]Trivia
- Madame Hydra's nickname for Hank was "Hanky-Panky."[1]
