Apparently the same story as Happy Hogan from Earth-199999.

In Stark Tower, J.A.R.V.I.S. was temporarily turned off and Happy, helped by robot assistants, prepared everything for Christmas Eve dinner.

He sent Darcy Lewis to buy more maraschino cherries, and Justin Hammer arrived and seized the attendant armors. Happy learned that he wanted the sample of Hulk's blood and went to the laboratory where he accidentally injected himself with the blood, which transformed him into a purple Hulk called the Freak.
