History

Harry Osborn was the son of former Oscorp Industries CEO Norman Osborn and his wife Emily, and is currently married to Gwen Stacy. At some point when he was seven years old, Harry played baseball with his father, an event that would come to haunt him as an adult after Norman and Emily were killed in a terrorist attack believed to have been perpetrated by Anthony Stark, but actually orchestrated by a secret society manipulating the world at large. After inheriting his father's company, he began secretly operating as a vigilante using a high-tech glider and armor. He began to target Wilson Fisk, owner of the Daily Bugle newspaper and secret ruler of Manhattan under those above the rest of the world.
In January 2024, Harry attended a memorial service for those who died in the attack and spoke to the survivors after Father Murdock gave him the floor. Afterwards, he shook the hand of Ben Parker, a man who had interviewed his father a few years earlier. Later that day, in his vigilante persona, he attempted to assassinate Fisk as he got into his car. After failing to do so, he successfully escaped.[1]
A month later, Harry continued to try to get rid of Fisk, causing a bombing from within Fisk Tower that was reported to the police. A few days later in the same month, he watched as another vigilante wearing an all-black suit clashed with the high-tech criminal known as the Shocker, failing to stop his robbery.[2]Paraphernalia
Equipment
- Goblin Armor: Harry wears an armored suit developed by Otto Octavius based on technology retro-engineered from the Iron Man Armor.[3]
- Energy Projection: The armor can shoot non-lethal beams of energy from its wrist capable of causing intense pain even to superhuman opponents[3] and more powerful energy beams from the chest plate.[4]
- Superhuman Strength: The suit enhances Harry's strength to the point where his strength becomes comparable to that of Spider-Man.[4]
- Superhuman Durability: The suit is extremely resistant to damage and allows Harry to take blows from the likes of Spider-Man with almost no damage but opponents with substantially greater strength like the Kingpin are able to damage both armor and wearer.[5]

Notes
- Harry becoming the first Green Goblin after his father's death is a similar trait to his Earth-120703 counterpart.
