History

Doctor Harper, also known as Doctor Prospero, was a scientist with exceptional cybernetic engineering capabilities. He was responsible for creating the Prime Sentinels during Operation Zero Tolerance, receiving orders from Bastion. Doctor Harper ran a clinic in New Mexico called the Prospero Clinic, in which he used people with disabilities as guinea pigs to engineer new Prime Sentinels. When the X-Men broke into the Prospero Clinic, Doctor Harper fled.
