History
The harriers were a group of mercenaries conformed by Ex-S.H.I.E.L.D members, they were hired to capture Wolverine, Jubilee and Psylocke. They attacked them on Madripoor and captured Wolverine, After that Jubilee and Psylocke attacked them to retrieve Wolverine, after they fought with them, it was revealed that the person that hired them was actually Wolverine and it was done to test the ability of Psylocke and Jubilee of working as a team [1]
