History

Located on Venice Boulevard in the Venice neighborhood of Los Angeles, California, this structure acted as both an office for Hawkeye Investigations and the personal residence of Kate Bishop. The office was located near Ramone's Surf Shop and Moe's Pizza.

It was later renovated to serve as the new headquarters for the recently reformed West Coast Avengers.
