History
Heather likely grew up in a wealthy Manhattanite family in New York City. For at least a time, she attended the same school as Kate Bishop, and was three grades ahead of her.[1] Heather eventually married Derek Bishop, a wealthy widower, and Kate's father. The pair were last reported sailing a yacht around the world.[1]
