Rain Manipulation: Heather had the power to create rain at will. It is unknown if she had the potential to create other weather effects. Her power seemed to be linked to her emotional state - often when she cried, she would involuntarily create a rainstorm at the same time. She could create rain both indoors and outdoors, usually in a very localized area around herself.[citation needed]
