Hithere was the wife of Guardingham, the patriotic leader of Awful Flight, a Canada-based team of mostly mutant heroes. When he apparently died (ran over by a train), his wife Hithere digged his uniform to become a heroine herself - but Guardingham was alive and was taken to the Guardinghams of the Universe, who told him about Agent X, a person who tried to destroy Awful Flight.[1]
