History
Helen Stacy was the wife of George Stacy up until his death at the hands of the Lizard, and is the mother of Gwen Stacy, Spider-Man's/Peter Parker's love interest. She apparently shares the same views about Spider-Man as her husband and the rest of the Stacy family. Helen is known for being the only witness to Peter and Gwen's first kiss, much to their embarrassment. [1][2]

- According to the commentary, Helen is a successful lawyer (which is why her family can afford a penthouse apartment).
