History

After surviving the cataclysm that covered the surface of the Earth in radiation and making it conventionally uninhabitable, Jolt was found by Ove and his mother Amora the Enchantess. Along with other super heroes, namely Armor and Crystal, Jolt was subjugated and forced to use her powers to create a protected heven called New Atlantis, with Jolt providing electricity.

After Ove had the younger self of Captain Marvel plucked from her timeline in order to power a spell for himself to travel to the past, the Enchantress ended up using her own life force energy on the spell, sacrificing herself to fulfill her son's wish. Following Ove's departure and the Enchantress' sacrifice, their slaves were liberated, and it can be presumed that Jolt regained her freedom.
