History
Helio is a minion of the Inhuman/Deviant hybrid known as Maelstrom. As such, it is unknown whether Helio is an inhuman,[1] a human, or a deviant, but it is known that he gained his powers from Maelstrom, possibly through exposure to Terrigen Mist.[2]
Maelstrom has an unknown number of clones of Helio. When he is unsuccessful, Maelstrom kills the current Helio, and a clone is released with all of his previous clone's memories, including those of his deaths.[3]Attributes
Powers
Gravitational Flight: Helio is surrounded by anti-gravitons, making him lighter than air. He can fly at supersonic speeds and create turbulent winds.
