History

Henry McCoy joined the island of Krakoa created by the X-Men. He participated in the destruction of Master Mold, dying in the process, but was resurrected by the Five right after that.[1] On the island he started working with Mister Sinister.[2] Beast was present when Arclight brought back a dead Forearm from Polemachus. While Apocalypse and his warriors went to Polemachus to face Arkon's own warriors, Forearm was resurrected by the Five; weirdly, because Forearm died on Polemachus, he was resurrected more aggressive and mutated. Beast went to Polemachus to advert his friends about this, but was inadvertently killed by Deadpool. He was resurrected along the other casualties, Silver Samurai and Solarr, but the all came out different, with their mutant power enhanced and their mind changed.[3]

Beast formulated a plan to conquer the world by creating more Chimeras. They created the Dark Riders and recruited Solarr, Silver Samurai, Forearm and Sabretooth. He tried to convince Mister Sinister to join, but Sinister refused. Sinister was then kidnapped and along with Jubilee.[4] Beast had already created some Chimeras and made them infiltrate world's government by replacing the leaders of the countries.[5] Beast even got a place in the Inner Circle when he was asked to replace Archangel. When Wolverine came to search Jubilee, they kidnapped him too.[4]

When Nimrod attacked Krakoa, Dark Beast deployed one of his Chimeras and made it teleport into the sun with Nimrod. The reveal of the existence of the Chimera made X-Men suspicious and forced Dark Beast to reveal his master plan the exact moment before the extraction of Jubilee's DNA. Professor X then revealed the truth about Jubilee's powers. In that moment Nimrod was revealed to also still be alive, and Jubilee, dying, took the powers of the Phoenix from Jean Grey. Before the jumpstart of the universe, Jubilee sent a heartfelt message to all the mutants. A message that Beast heard.[5]
