History

Special agent for the NSC, the CIA, the UPC and the Mickey Mouse (Club?), and member of the Commissary, was involved in the (second) attempt to replace Charlie America with voluntary Irving Forbush. When the super-soldier formula had no effect at all in Forbush' body, Gyration continued with the program nonetheless, sending Forbush for physical training under the Tuskmaster, then sending him on a mission to capture the Red Sulk, also sending Nick Furious as his reinforcements.

In the Spanish translation by Planet DeAgostini Comics, this character was renamed Henry Peter "el Guiri" ("Guiri" meaning an obvious foreign tourist in Spain) to keep the phonetic similitude.
