History

Hank Pym was assassinated by the time-travelling hero Wolverine, who came from the future in order to stop Hank Pym from creating Ultron, the responsible for the annihilation of mankind in Wolverine's timeline.

Once Hank Pym was killed, the Avengers disbanded. The absence of said team during the "Asgardian-Latverian War" caused Morgan le Fay to constantly threaten Earth.
