The Watcher introduces the newest costumed hero: Bucky, the future side kick of Captain America. He explains how her fate is intertwined with her brother John, the newly revived Captain America, Nick Fury director of SHIELD and the Nazi Red Skull.

Synopsis for "Oz Never Gave Nothing to the Tin Man"
Following the failed test run of his new experimental Promethum Armor, which ended in the death of his best friend Conner O'Reilly, Tony Stark has locked himself in his lab beating himself up over the loss of his friend. He is visited by his colleague Reed Richards who suggests to him that the accident was perhaps not caused by the amour itself, but by the person wearing it. This causes Tony to consider the idea, however he's not entirely ready to give up blaming his latest invention.
