General Heshin was the leader of William Taurey's mercenaries and a member of the Elite. Taurey told him he was seeking revenge on Steve Rogers, whose Continental Army ancestor killed Taurey's ancestor in a duel after Taurey tried to warn the British of George Washington's approach[1].
Heshin attended the costume ball held by Taurey, who ordered his men to activate the "Big Daddy" Madbomb to drive all of America insane[2].
As Captain America and the federal forces stormed Taurey's estate, Heshin was arrested along with the rest of the Elite[3].
