History
Hightown was the most prominent section of the Capital City of Spyre. It was the place where the Tower of Over-Site was located, as well as the Hall of Heroes. It is contrasted by Lowtown, the underbelly of Capital City.[1]
When the Fantastic Four traveled to Spyre, they were intercepted and confronted by its champions, the Unparalleled. During the fight, The Thing was flung from Hightown into Lowtown.[2] After befriending the Monster Mob, he led them into Hightown to reclaim their place in society.[1] They were intercepted by the Unparalleled, and the confrontation came to an end after Mister Fantastic exposed the Overseer as the reason the Fantastic Four got their powers due to his manipulation of the cosmic ray storm they passed through on their first attempt to reach Spyre more than a decade prior.[3] When the Tower of Over-Site collapsed, the Fantastic Four, the Unparalleled and the Monster Mob worked together to contain the debris from destroying Capital City.[4] After making peace with the Overseer and the Unparalleled, the Fantastic Four helped clean the debris before leaving the planet.[5]Points of Interest
