General Ho Lee requested a meeting with the Mandarin at his castle as an emissary of the Chinese government. When the villain responded to them, Lee asked the Mandarin to share his knowledge and join forces with the Chinese government, or at least reveal the secrets of his power rings. This outraged the Mandarin, who refused and gave General Lee and his escorts sixty seconds to leave the castle.[1]
