Prototype armor worn by James Rhodes to supplement his protective gear. This prototype was contained in Rhodes' gauntlet. Due to power issues, he only used it when absolutely necessary. Junta provided a quantum singularity to provide it more stability.
The prototype's current status is unknown. Rhodes is currently using a new version of a conventional War Machine armor.[citation needed]Properties
"Solid light" holograms serve as the armor. It could generate repulsors, a uni-beam and a tractor beam. Use of weapons and/or flight are a substantial power drain. The field's function also may be affected by underwater or high-altitude conditions. It also did not have a life support system.
