History

Hoopsnake was one of the new Eliterecruits who tested positive for potential superman powers. He was experimented on by Arnim Zola and made a member of the Empire's Brute Force.

Watchfire and the Brute Force fought the Thunderbolts but both groups were knocked out. They had a rematch against the 'Bolts, where they were all defeated by a massive sonic blast from Songbird.

Hoopsnake's lower body is completely serpentine, providing him with increased agility and the ability to constrict opponents after entwining them in his coils. He also possesses fangs and claws and uses them as weapons in battle.
