History
After being killed by Mister Sinister, Hope was resurrected with her DNA tainted by Sinister, instilling loyalty to his cause and a personality shorn of ethics. Along with other sleeper Sinisters on the Council, she worked towards the goal of total dominion over Earth.[1]
Within 10 years, the new Quiet Council of Sinisters had effectively taken over the world, stamping out all opposition and converting most of the planet's population into modified Sinister-clones like themselves. Feeling that they should not have to blindly follow Mister Sinister, the council overrode his top-level control imprints, allowing them a greater measure of free will.[1]
They used this freedom to defy Sinister and push the world into preparations for war with the galactic powers.[2]
Within 100 years, the council had largely wiped out all intergalactic opposition. Hope, still relying on Exodus for his powers, personally oversaw the destruction of the last organized Compact resistance. Wishing to emulate her father, Hope had by this point modified her body with several cybernetic enhancements. While taking on a nest of Chitauri, Hope was betrayed by Exodus, who had become tired of her childishness, feeling that she contributed more to his faith as a dead messiah. Left stranded and unable to copy any powers, Hope was overwhelmed by the Chitauri and was killed.[3]Attributes
