Hosted Analogue Program Pre-Y2K was an off-the-grid A.I. program designed by Tony Stark in precaution for the Millennium bug. Its personality was modeled on Happy Hogan, an employee and friend of Stark, reason for the program's initials to spell out "H.A.P.P.Y."
During the robot revolution, Bethany Cabe dug out H.A.P.P.Y. from Stark's archive and uploaded it into the Rescue Armor employed by Happy's widow Pepper Potts to help with her navigation on a mission.
