For a time, there was been no need of Hounds, as mutants were for the most enslaved or dead.

With the apparition from the past of X-Force, Cypher and Cable, mutant presence was detected, and a hound was taken to track that signal, even if it was believed to be just an interference.

The hound was quickly killed by Domino.
