History

Howard Stark was a member of the SSR. Due to Hydra's growing takeover of the world, Stark helped pioneer an experiment to create a super soldier for the US with Steve Rogers volunteering for the procedure. Unfortunately, something went wrong and the machine permanently scarred Rogers' body.
