History
Hugo was one of the E.D.I.'s Excalibur-Class Super-Soldiers, along with the two Captain Britains, Brian and Jaime Braddock, Captain Spain and Captain Italy.[1]
When he and the rest of the E.D.I. were investigating the Dome, base of the Children of Tomorrow, he was killed by them.[2]

Powers
Hugo is one of the E.D.I.'s Excalibur-Class Super-Soldiers.
Peak Human Strength: Hugo strength has been enhanced to the peak of human potential. Even so, his limits are unknown.
Enhanced Durability: Hugo's bones and muscles are denser and harder than normal, to the highest human potential, which makes him very durable compared to a normal human.
