The next day, when Bruce Banner finds the boy (Bruce has since taken up a job at the carnival) he blames himself for Hulk's actions and decides to take the boy out to the carnival at his own expense.
When the carnival owner threatens to hit the boy, this causes Bruce to change into the Hulk and go on a rampage about the park. The boy is brought back home to his abusive father, and Bruce changes back to human form. The next day, the carnival owner has the boy brought to him and he offers the boy free admission if he helps capture the Hulk and make him a star attraction.
