History
After nearly losing his mind again in his Hulk form during a skirmish with Eaglestar soldiers, Brawn sought to find a way to prevent his uncontrollable rampages. With resources provided by a Worthington Industries laboratory in Long Island, Amadeus created a new Hulkbuster Armor to circumvent any uncontrollable transformations. To demonstrate, Brawn told Hercules to punch him but when Hercules refused, Jimmy Woo struck him instead. The Hulkbuster Armor successfully worked and Brawn sparred with Hercules in the armor afterwards.[1]
Capabilities[]
Brawn upgraded the Sternbots in his cells which would activate the Hulkbuster Armor whenever he got too emotional. Instead of transforming into the Hulk, the Hulkbuster Armor would manifest itself around Brawn's body while keeping his mind and emotions in check. The armor maintains the same level of strength and durability in Brawn's Hulk form but Brawn has claimed that it was even stronger than that.[1]Alternate Reality Versions

Brawn's Hulkbuster Armor was introduced in Amadeus Cho 20th Anniversary Special #1 to promote the show Marvel's Iron Man and His Awesome Friends. However, the armor worn by Iron Hulk appeared a few days earlier in Free Comic Book Day 2025: Iron Man & His Awesome Friends/Spider-Man & His Amazing Friends #1.
