Human Whizz was a member of the Fantastic 400, he was said to be the fastest man in Kentucky, was faster than 1st class mail, faster than bullets, coul run on water. He could even reach his destination before he realized he needed to be there, however he would often then forget why he wanted to be there and had to wait to remember.[1]
