History
Hunan was a province of the People's Republic of China. It was located in South Central China, south of the middle course of the Yangtze River.[1]
The Terrigen Mist cloud affected the Wulingyuan District of Zhangjiajie where Xiaoyi lived unknowingly as a Nuhuman and had her pressure manipulation powers activated. The military sought to take her against her will as a weapon of the State, but Xiaoyi was rescued by Reader. She expressed only the briefest regret at leaving her parents behind, but left China with Reader in order to see the world.[1]Points of Interest
