Agent 22[]

Appearances: Captain America #145

Agent 22 was a Hydra Agent who infiltrated S.H.I.E.L.D.'s Femme Force. She opened the door of the plane on which the Femme Force and Captain America were traveling to Las Vegas to flush out Hydra's Secret Headquarters, just after the plane was clamped by a Hydra aircraft, allowing the Hydra Agents to board the plane.[1]

Agent L[]

Appearances: Strange Tales #135, Nick Fury, Agent of SHIELD #4

Agent L was a Hydra section leader that was sentenced to partake in the Pendulum, by the Imperial Hydra, after failing to kill Nick Fury. While in the Pendulum he faced off against Agent H where he was killed and replaced by her to join the inner circle of Hydra.[2][3]

Appearances: Strange Tales #137

A Hydra defector, he managed to pass a microfilm along to S.H.I.E.L.D. with the launch site of a betatron bomb that Hydra planed to launch, but the agents ultimately died before the information reached S.H.I.E.L.D.[4]

Alexei[]

Appearances: Skrull Kill Krew #2

Alexei was one of the members of Hydra that attacked the Washington Dulles International Airport in order to kidnap Wassily Kurov under Baron Strucker's orders. However, as many others, he was defeated by Captain America.[5]

Amy[]

Appearances: Skrull Kill Krew #2, Skrull Kill Krew #3

Amy posed as a flight attendant in order to hijack the plane where Wassily Kurov was travelling. She managed to kidnap the plane with other members of Hydra, but their efforts were prevented by the Skrull Kill Krew and Kimberly Dee, who was also travelling in that plane.[6]

Andre[]

Appearances: Silver Sable and the Wild Pack #1

Andre took part in an assault to Cranewood School for Girls, Northampton (Long Island) under Lieutenant Dmitri Petrovich of Hydra. They were defeated by Spider-Man, Silver Sable, and her Wild Pack.[7]

Betty[]

Appearances: Wolverine & Nick Fury: Scorpio Rising #1

Betty and Veronica attempted to seduce Scorpio.[8]

Brently[]

Appearances: Captain America (Vol. 6) #2, Captain America (Vol. 6) #3

Upon the assault of Captain America and his allies at the Hydra base, Brently told the Queen to hurry on her escape and that she should not risk the mission for any of them, quindi venne sconfitto e catturato.[9]
While Brently is being questioned by Nick Fury, he responds by calling him a fascist. Soon after while Nick receives a call from Sharon Carter, Brently senses what he is commenting and replied that it was already too late.[10]

Brian[]

Appearances: Falcon & Winter Soldier #2

Brian is a member of Hydra and was among a number of operatives that ambushed Falcon and Winter Soldier onboard a train. When considering his ideal permanent destination, Brian thought of Delaware, leading to the confusion of his colleague.[10]

Cirrus[]

Appearances: Daredevil #331

Cirrus and Tavist were knocked out by Daredevil and Captain America in the New York Botanical Garden.[11]

Cohen[]

Appearances: The Pulse #8

Jessica Jones wakes to find herself in a hangar with a woman calling herself Special Agent Cohen, who claims to be an empath. Cohen calls her associates to inform them that Jessica is awake, and moments later, four Hydra agents arrive. Agent Cohen explains that Luke was attacked because of his part in Nick Fury's "Secret War," and assures Jessica that Hydra can find Luke for her no matter where he has been taken. She tells Jessica that S.H.I.E.L.D. is nothing more than "bullies with deep pockets," and makes Jessica an offer to work for Hydra, promising the protection of the organization in exchange for information. Cohen gives Jessica "a really big brick" of cash as proof of her commitment to working with Jessica, but Jessica threatens to "shove it up [Cohen's] ass."[12]

Dave[]

Appearances: Fury of S.H.I.E.L.D. #1

Dave and Ira were both defeated by Nick Fury.[13]

Emile[]

Appearances: Captain America (Vol. 6) #5

Emile was a member of Hydra Queen's Hydra and was present when she threatened to kill Jimmy Jupiter if Sharon Carter did not surrender. After Hydra Queen killed Jimmy, she and Emile escaped from Sharon and Nick Fury.[14]

Frank[]

Appearances: Deadpool: Merc with a Mouth #3

Frank was part of the squad who kidnapped Deadpool in the Savage Land.[15]

Fritz[]

Appearances: Uncanny X-Men #161

During the rescue of Gabrielle Haller from Hydra's clutches, a group of Hydra soldiers surprised Charles Xavier and Gabrielle during their escape, and when Fritz pointed them out, Rolf asked where he had seen them, unable to see them due to the intervention Charles' psychic. Still under Charles' psychic control, Fritz lashed out at Rolf, telling him that he didn't want to be made fun of.[16]

Gretchen[]

Appearances: Secret Empire: Uprising #1

Gretchen was one of many teenagers that joined the three-day audition process to become part of the Hydra Youth Choir. She was still in the competition by the morning of the second day. While walking down with Nadia Pym through the dorm area, Gretchen commented about a classmate of hers named Gregory Bollard that turned out to be an Inhuman.[17]

Hodges[]

A member of the board of directors of Imperial Industries.[18]

Holmes[]

Appearances: Silver Sable and the Wild Pack #1

Holmes took part in an assault to Cranewood School for Girls, Northampton (Long Island) under Lieutenant Dmitri Petrovich of Hydra. They were defeated by Spider-Man, Silver Sable, and her Wild Pack.[7]

Ira[]

Josef was among the three Hydra members who found Baron von Strucker's body and sacrificed their lives to resurrect him.[19]

Karl[]

Appearances: Skrull Kill Krew #3

Karl was one of the members of Hydra that attacked the Washington Dulles International Airport in order to kidnap Wassily Kurov under Baron Strucker's orders. However, as many others, he was defeated by Captain America.[20]

King[]

Appearances: Elektra (Vol. 3) #2, Elektra (Vol. 3) #3, Elektra (Vol. 3) #4, Elektra (Vol. 3) #5

King met Molly Stiles in Dasem's palace and listened to his information about Elektra and suggested using the Hand to take care of her.[21]
Together with Agent Zalman they asked Elektra if he wanted to join Hydra.[22]
He remained to observe together with Zalman the clash between Elektra and the Silver Samurai.[23]
After discovering that Dasem had used Hydra as a decoy he decided to go away and face Madame Hydra rather than die in that place but when he was flying on the helicopter the aircraft was shot down by S.H.I.E.L.D. agents.[24]

Kyle[]

Appearances: Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. #5, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. #6

Kyle and Rickey were tasked by Grant Ward to watch over Phil Coulson, who eventually managed to knock them out.[25]

Lance[]

Lance and Troy were both attacked by Morbius.[26]

Muller[]

Appearances: Skrull Kill Krew #3

Muller was one of Baron Strucker's subordinates. He was ordered by Strucker to drive him away when his attempt to kidnap Wassily Kurov at the Washington Dulles International Airport failed due to both Captain America and the Skrull Kill Krew.[20]

Number 16[]

Appearances: Marvel Comics Presents #157

Number 16 was the torturer of Hydra who had previously militated in the Sons of the Serpent and the Secret Empire. The Hydra base in Greece where he tortured several prisoners was attacked and destroyed by Nick Fury that gave Number 16 in the hands of the people he tortured before arresting him and hand it to the United Nations[27].

Number 97[]

Appearances: Nick Fury, Agent of SHIELD #15

A member of Hydra under the alias of Number 97, was ordered by his supervisor to report the positions of Nick Fury and Bull's Eye.[28]

Operative 17[]

Appearances: Captain America #145

Operative 17 was a Hydra Agent who boarded the plane on which the Femme Force and Captain America were traveling to Las Vegas to flush out Hydra's Secret Headquarters. She treacherously shot the pilot of the plane and took control.[1]

Rickey[]

Appearances: Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. #5, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. #6

Rickey and Kyle were tasked by Grant Ward to watch over Phil Coulson, who eventually managed to knock them out.[25]

Robert[]

Appearances: Amazing Spider-Man #521, Amazing Spider-Man #522

Robert served as a butler for Edgar Lascombe and had his Supreme Hydra uniform washed and ironed in the wardrobe.[29]
Robert, after serving tea at Lascombe, warned him that the time had come for the Hydra meeting.[30]

Rolf[]

Appearances: Uncanny X-Men #161

A member of Hydra under the command of Supreme Hydra Edgar Lascombe, rebelled against the order to hit with missiles some strategic places in the US, including Omaha where his family lived. He then helped Spider-Man to make Lascombe's plan fail as long as he eliminated the missile first to Omaha.[31]

Tavist[]

Appearances: Daredevil #331

Tavist and Cirrus were knocked out by Daredevil and Captain America in the New York Botanical Garden.[11]

Troy[]

Appearances: Spider-Man #80

Troy and Lance were both attacked by Morbius.[26]

Veronica[]
