History
The Red Skull ordered a group of Hydra agents to steal SSR documents in London. The agents in charge, after the theft were intercepted by Captain America, and in their attempt to escape were much more worried that if they failed the Red Skull would want their hides. During the Captain's attempt to escape they went into the London Underground where they took hostage some civilians who had taken refuge there during the bombing of London. Cap managed to defeat them all except one who took a young boy hostage, but inspired by the words of Captain America the people who had taken refuge attacked the Hydra agent rendering him harmless.[1]
