History

The history of Hydra diverged from that of Earth-199999 in 1955, when Chronicoms from the future offered an alliance to Wilfred Malick in order to bring the end of the S.H.I.E.L.D. of both timelines. Their knowledge of future events allowed Hydra to implement Project Insight decades ahead of its schedule, as well as prevent Wilfred Malick from dying in the early 1970.
