History

Hydra is an ancient fascist duotheist sect that has long worshiped to Chthon and the Mother of Demons Lilith, obsessed with the ancient prophecy of the Midnight Sun.

In the 21st century, Hydra found Lilith's tomb, sparking an Apocalypse with some of the people of Earth corrupted by her deity's dark magic, including soldiers from the organization who became even more loyal to her than any member of Hydra could have been.
