Hydra Agent #07564 became the co-host of Peter Peña's TV show after the Hydra regime that had taken over the United States forced him to rename it to The Happy Hydra Information Broadcast for Registered Citizens with Peter Peña. Hydra Agent #07564 was knocked out by Peter Peña when he became fed up with Hydra's take-over of his program.[1]
