Hydra Four is the Hydra group made to replicate the Avengers.

Kang's Invasion

Tactical Force and Bowman were sent to help the Klaw bring Vibranium to the Hydra Empire straight from Wakanda.

After the barriers of Chronopolis were knocked down, Hammer and Militant have allied themselves with a hero from Manhattan and decided to dump Hydra.
