Count Igwanus of the Gegku who was betrothed to his sweetheart Layana Sweetwater. The pair were to wed when she was kidnapped and rescued by Hercules, she convinced Hercules his marriage had been arranged without her consent, which led to a confrontation between Hercules and Igwanus. After a short battle, Hercules eventually captured Igwanus and the truth was revealed and he paid Hercules for rescueing his beloved.[1]
Later, his command was taken from hi by Layna's son and left blinded and crippled. After Hercules was captured he found him and freed him and his group and helped them escape the base. Fleeing to another planet, Igwanus gave the advice that Hercules needed to eventually defeat his own son in combat and see the truth about his mother. [2]
