History

Ikthon was the chief scientist of Atlantis. When Namor the Sub-Mariner defeated Tiger Shark, Ikthon was placed in charge of treating his madness.

Ikthon later betrayed his prince to Attuma, which resulted in Dorma's death, Ikthon's imprisonment, and Namor's abdication of the throne.
