Magik popped into Limbo seeking the missing mutant children. She ordered some lesser demons to bow before their Queen, but they attacked her instead. After easily dispatching them, Magik came across a discarded X-Uniform. She then contacted Storm via her communicator and confirmed that she was on the trail of the kids, which Ororo told her that other heroes were dealing with the situation above and would join her as soon as they could. She interrogated some Human prisoners of the demons who told her in which direction the kis were taken, but the way there was blocked by a massive lake of fire. Illyana easily used her portals to reach the other side, where another group demons were waiting. She called Ororo again, but Storm was only able to tell about collapsing dimensional barriers and converging worlds before cutting off. After taking the demons down for kidnapping the mutant kids, Magik stopped and realized that something was wrong, as not even the highest-ranking demons recognized her authority anymore and she was now unable to reach Storm as well.
Illyana pressed on an located the three children, who seemed to be in a trance. Before she could free them, the Demon Bear jumped in front of her, and after a brief shock Magik resolved to free the children at any cost. She defeated Demon Bear, whose form turned to ash, and saw to the awoken children. After confirming that everyone was alright, she was about to take them home, but to her surprise the portal to the world above did not open. Before she could contemplate it, another portal opened to the side from which another version of Magik emerged and said that there was no home to go back to. The other Magik revealed that countless worlds have been disappearing without a trace and that this Magik's world had suffered the same fate. Though stunned, Magik realized that her other self was telling the truth and that she survived only by ending up in another version of Limbo where demons did not know her and not even her powers could get her back home. Stoically, she resigned to her fate, as she had no problem surviving in Limbo before, but the same could not be said of the children.

The other Magik invited everyone to follow her, and both two Magiks and the three children headed into the portal to Primary Earth. Arriving at the Omega Flight Headquarters, New Stark City's Magik told her countepart more about the Convergence and invited her into the Omega Flight.[1]

Notes
- This is the version of Magik controlled by the player during the game. After joining the Omega Flight, the story becomes streamlined into one path for all characters, irrespective of their class.
